    This genre compilation is the result of a creative process that emerged in autumn 2007 around the Dark Ambient Radio stream (www.darkambientradio.de). It includes tracks by musicians from various countries, such as Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Germany, Moldova, Norway, and the US, all joined by the common passion for dark ambient music. This CD has been completely self-produced by the artists only with help from Thomas, the radio’s website admin, who found himself moderating and organizing the process, and Tobias alias Darknnoiz who created the cover artwork.

'Friday 7-13' is the result of the collaboration of Dark Muse & Nihil Communication. Andre (Nihil Communication) created sound environments using virtual analog technologies. Phyll (Dark Muse) filled in the spacial aspects of the piece with a cacophony of noise, effected sweeps of sounds, breath as a distorted backdrop & other objects stretched and looped.
